All Cosmo Tires are guaranteed
against manufacture and material defects. In the event of
premature failure caused by such deffects, we will prorate
said tire based on the tread depth remaining at the time of
failure.
Cosmo Tires will not be held
responsible for any downtime or damage caused by misuse or
improper application of its products.
