Our Real Cat 17, El Jefe HT and El Tigre AT tires are covered by a limited tread wear warranty. If the tire wears to the tread wear indicators in less than the miles warranted, a prorated adjustment may be made according to actual mileage delivered.

Cosmo Tires are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects. In the event of premature failure caused by such defects, we will prorate said tire based on the tread depth remaining at the time of failure and apply the credit towards a new Cosmo tire.

This limited warranty applies to all passenger and light truck tires. In order to be eligible for the warranty, you must be the original purchaser of the tire, have had the tires continuously installed on the original vehicle, and have complied with all use, maintenance and tire rotation requirements.

Cosmo Tires also offers a limited commercial use truck and bus tire warranty. The warranty is only available to vehicles with a DOT serial number, and only extended to the original purchaser. To be eligible to file a Tire Claim, purchaser must work with an authorized Cosmo distributor.
